Teddy Bears picnic

Today we all brought our teddy bears, or favourite soft toy to school. Unfortunately it was a wet day so we could not go down to the bottom field and play games.
It didn't really matter as we still had lots of fun. We had a parade and saw everyone's toys, shared tiny teddy biscuit with our toys, ate our lunch together in the hall, and got to do some fun activities with our whanau groups. We also heard some teddy bear stories.

Pack the Bus

Yesterday the bus came for 'Pack the Bus'. We all went out to put our contributions on the bus. Santa was there too.

Hutt Indoor Sports Centre Trip

Today all the juniors went to the Hutt Indoor Sports Centre. We were in teams and played lots of different sports, e.g. soccer, dodge ball, cricket, T ball, hockey, number soccer, scatter  ball and ultimate tag.

It was a lot of fun and we are really tired now!!

Wheels Day

Last week the weather was finally fine enough for us to have wheels day. We had a lot of fun on our scooters and bikes.
We scooted around a course and then we showed off some tricks we could do.

Bread Making

For our topic today, We read 'The Little Red Hen'. She planted wheat, and when it grew, she cut it and ground it into flour. She used the flour to make some bread.

We have looked at wheat,  grown wheat men, and made bread.
